yellow warning - severe thunderstorm - in effect At 10:05 p.m. PDT, Environment Canada meteorologists are tracking a severe thunderstorm capable of producing strong wind gusts, loonie to ping pong ball size hail and very heavy rain. A severe thunderstorm about 25 km south of Kostal Lake is moving north at 45 km/h. ### Weather in the mountains can change suddenly resulting in hazardous driving conditions. Severe thunderstorm warnings are issued when imminent or occurring thunderstorms are expected to produce damaging hail, wind or rain. Road conditions are available at https://www.drivebc.ca/.
