In Texas, Southern Orange County. * WHEN...From 5 AM to 5 PM CDT Saturday. * IMPACTS...Flooding of lots, parks, and roads with only isolated road closures possible. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Tides will be 1 to 1.5 feet above astronomical predicted levels, mainly during the times of high tide from late morning through the afternoon hours. This will allow actual tide levels to reach 1.5 feet mean higher high water during high tide times. If travel is required, allow extra time as some roads may be closed. Do not drive around barricades or through water of unknown depth. Take the necessary actions to protect flood-prone property.
