General Flood Advisory Under present weather conditions, Southwest Monsoon affecting the western section of Luzon. Easterlies affecting Eastern Visayas, Caraga, and Davao Region. The 12-hour rainfall forecast is Moderate to occasionally heavy rains and thunderstorms. WATERCOURSES LIKELY TO BE AFFECTED : + **Bohol** - Rivers and its tributaries particularly Inabanga, Ipil, Matulid, Loboc and Abatan. + **Siquijor** - All rivers and its tributaries + **Cebu** - Rivers and its tributaries particularly Kotkot, Mananga, Guinabasan, Balamban and Sabangdaku. + **Negros Oriental** - Rivers and its tributaries particularly La Libertad, Tanjay, Candugay, Siaton, Cawitan, Sipocong, Bayawan, Pagatban and Lower Tabanan. People living near the mountain slopes and in the low lying areas of the above mentioned river systems and the **Local Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Councils** concerned advised to be alert for possible flashfloods
