yellow warning - severe thunderstorm - in effect At 3:37 p.m. PDT, Environment Canada meteorologists are tracking a severe thunderstorm capable of producing damaging wind gusts and heavy rain. This thunderstorm is located near Denison-Bonneau Park and is moving northeast at 35 km/h. Areas in its path include: Echo Lake Park, Highway 6 between Cherryville and Monashee Pass. ### Damage to roofs, fences, soft shelters or trees is likely. Heavy rain may cause flash flooding and significant reductions to visibility. Weather in the mountains can change suddenly resulting in hazardous driving conditions.
