General Flood Advisory Under present weather conditions, At 3:00 PM today, the center of Tropical Depression "KIYAPO" was estimated based on all available data at 675 km East of Tuguegarao City, Cagayan (17.8°N, 128.1°E) with maximum sustained winds of 45 km/h near the center and gustiness of up to 55 km/h. It is moving Northwestward at 30 km/h. Southwest Monsoon affecting Mindanao and the western sections of Southern Luzon and Visayas. The 12-hour rainfall forecast is LIGHT TO MODERATE RAINS. WATERCOURSES LIKELY TO BE AFFECTED : + **Bataan** - Rivers and its tributaries particularly Balanga and Morong. + **Aurora** - Rivers and its tributaries particularly Casiguran, Aguang and Lower Umiray. + **Zambales** - Rivers and its tributaries particularly Pamatawan, Sto. Tomas, Bucao, Bancal and Lawis. People living near the mountain slopes and in the low lying areas of the above mentioned river systems and the **Local Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Councils** concerned advised to take necessary precautionary measures.
