General Flood Advisory Under present weather conditions, At 3:00 PM today, a Low Pressure Area (LPA) was estimated based on all available data at 310 km East of Borongan City, Eastern Samar (11.6°N, 128.3°E). The 12-hour rainfall forecast is Light to moderate rains and thunderstorms. WATERCOURSES STILL LIKELY TO BE AFFECTED : + **Ilocos Sur** - Rivers and its tributaries particularly Lower Abra, Silay-Sta. Maria, Buaya, and Amburayan. + **La Union** - Rivers and its tributaries particularly Amburayan, Baroro, Lower Bauang and Aringay. + **Pangasinan** - Rivers and its tributaries particularly Balincaguing and Alaminos. People living near the mountain slopes and in the low lying areas of the above mentioned river systems and the **Local Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Councils** concerned still advised to be alert for possible flashfloods.
