General Flood Advisory Under present weather conditions, At 3:00 AM today, the center of Tropical Storm "KIYAPO" {NOUL} was estimated based on all available data at 355 km East of Aparri, Cagayan (18.2°N, 125.0°E) with maximum sustained winds of 65 km/h near the center and gustiness of up to 80 km/h. It is moving West Northwestward at 30 km/h. Southwest Monsoon affecting Mindanao and the western sections of Southern Luzon and Visayas. The 12-hour rainfall forecast is light to moderate rains and thunderstorms. WATERCOURSES LIKELY TO BE AFFECTED : + **Sarangani** - Rivers and its tributaries particularly Kalaong, Buayan-Malungon, Lun Padido, Lun Masla and Glan. + **Sultan Kudarat** - Rivers and its tributaries particularly Tian and Kraan. + **South Cotabato** - Rivers and its tributaries particularly Siquil, Makar and Banga. + **North Cotabato** - All rivers and its tributaries People living near the mountain slopes and in the low lying areas of the above mentioned river systems and the **Local Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Councils** concerned advised to take appropriate actions.
