Between 2 and 4 inches of rain have fallen in the last 3 hours according to rain gauges and doppler radar. Additional heavy rain is expected to move back into the area shortly and thus flash flooding is expected to begin shortly. HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.
