For the Fire Weather Watch, from Sunday afternoon through Sunday evening. * WINDS...Southwest 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 55 mph. * RELATIVE HUMIDITY...9 to 14 percent. * IMPACTS...Elevated fire danger is expected.
