Widespread showers will follow behind the front throughout the day Friday into Saturday, however clearing behind the front late Friday morning will enable scattered thunderstorm development. Thunderstorms may produce erratic outflow gusts up to 50 mph. The National Weather Service in Boise has issued a Red Flag Warning for lightning, which is in effect from noon MDT /11 AM PDT/ Friday to 6 AM MDT /5 AM PDT/ Saturday. The Fire Weather Watch is no longer in effect. * AFFECTED AREA...In Idaho, Fire Weather Zones 400 Northern Boise BLM, 420 Treasure Valley BLM, 423 Owyhee Mountains, 424 Western Twin Falls BLM and 426 Southern Highlands.
