If the heaviest rain producers repeat over the same areas, this may lead to localized flooding issues. HAZARD...Tornado. SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation. IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed.
