River or stream flows are elevated. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1126 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
