Several roads are closed in the warning area and are expected to remain so for several more hours. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Flood Warning issued June 5 at 8:13PM CDT until June 7 at 3:17AM CDT by NWS Kansas City/Pleasant Hill MO ...The Flood Warning continues for the following rivers in Missouri... 102 River at Rosendale affecting Andrew and Buchanan Counties. * WHAT...Moderate flooding is occurring and moderate flooding is forecast. * WHERE...102 River at Rosendale. * WHEN...Until early Sunday morning. * IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, Lowland agricultural flooding begins. At 18.0 feet, State Route 48 on the east side of Rosendale is overtopped by flood waters. At 19.0 feet, State Route 48 on the east and west sides of Rosendale is under water. At 20.0 feet, State Route 48 is flooded on the east and west sides of town which prevents travel in or out of town. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 6:47 PM CDT Friday the stage was 19.9 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage late tonight and continue falling to 4.2 feet Wednesday evening. - Flood stage is 18.0 feet. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood Motorists should not attempt to drive around barricades or drive cars through flooded areas.
