HAZARD...Wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph and pea size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects is possible. Locations impacted include... Southern Oklahoma City, western Norman, Moore, Newcastle, Goldsby, Valley Brook, and Will Rogers Airport. If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

Flood Advisory issued July 15 at 12:47PM CDT until July 15 at 4:00PM CDT by NWS Norman OK * WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...A portion of central Oklahoma, including the following counties, Cleveland and Oklahoma. * WHEN...Until 400 PM CDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Ponding of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is imminent. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1246 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Southern Oklahoma City, Moore, Midwest City, Del City, Valley Brook, Tinker Air Force Base and Smith Village. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads.
