Southwestern McCurtain County in southeastern Oklahoma... Red River County in northeastern Texas... * Until 1130 AM CDT. * At 831 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain along a line from 7 miles west of Manchester to near De Kalb, or along a line from 19 miles northwest of Clarksville to 13 miles northwest of New Boston, moving northeast at 5 mph. Between 1 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. The expected rainfall rate is 2 to 2.5 inches in 1 hour. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly. HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor drainage and low-lying areas. * Some locations that will experience flash flooding include... Clarksville, Bagwell, Manchester, Detroit, Avery, Annona, Negley, Bryarly, Albion, Silver City, English, Redland, Kiomatia, Woodland, Kanawha and Lydia.
