In south central Virginia, Lunenburg and Nottoway. * WHEN...From this evening through Saturday morning. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Area creeks and streams are running high and could flood with more heavy rain. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - A slow-moving system will bring widespread showers and isolated thunderstorms to the area from this evening into early Saturday morning. Rainfall totals of 1.5 to 3 inches are possible, with locally higher amounts possible.
