In southeast West Virginia, Northwest Fayette, Northwest Nicholas, Northwest Raleigh, Southeast Fayette, Southeast Nicholas and Southeast Raleigh. In southern West Virginia, Boone, Logan, McDowell, Mingo and Wyoming. * WHEN...Until 11 AM EDT this morning. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Locally heavy showers will continue this morning along a slow-moving cold front. Additional rainfall totals up to an inch remain possible in isolated locations.
